When Micil Distillery and Kneecap came together for a limited-edition poitín, we brought two distinctly Irish stories together with a shared sense of mischief. Drawing on poitín’s illicit past and Kneecap’s rebellious spirit, the result is a characterful collaboration that feels more passed under the counter than pulled from the shelf.
